Downloading and importing DIGITAL CAMERA
photo ID Jpegs (.jpg) from the Internet to Word

You will identify your digital projects using your digital portrait. 

How?

For your class image set click the link below

Find your image in the image set double click to enlarge the thumbnail, then Right Click on it and Copy.

OPEN PhotoShop > FILE > FROM CLIPBOARD
Render your image , add or remove the background , put on a hat with a long colorful feather ...what ever..... 

Save for Web into your image file for your journalism project

Open Word> place your cursor where you like the image > INSERT >PICTURE> FROM FILE> locate your image and insert

 
Remember to place a caption under the image.

Now you may be able to adjust Contrast or Intensity etc. see the picture editing bar.

Or you may want to import to PhotoShop or PhotoPaint first for Special Effects such as vignette, halo, solarize, etc.

You may place and size your image and wrap text around it or place it partially behind the text.
 

REMEMBER TO SAVE YOUR IMAGES FOR WEB to decrease file sizes

 and  to organize your image files
