Ad campaigns are based on repetition of the same add that is often shortened (scalable) or slightly reedited. You should be able to do this to your final production.

Your final production will reside on YouTube and be presented in a page on your portfolio.

Time it should be no more than 30 seconds long
Talk to teacher if you have other burning ideas about your production

You may work in a production team
Talent may be sourced out form others about the school

You have a  post production tool called Adobe After Effects which is a used to add special effects such as explosions fireballs etc ....... its has a steep learning curve but might be what you need for that special effect (highly optional)
