1)
Locate the Flash animation that you want on the Internet
2) VIEW> SOURCE
3) SEARCH ==> .swf (this will
find the FLASH file in the html code)
4) CUT the code ....
example =
http://static.howstuffworks.com/flash/engine.swf
5) OPEN Notepad
(to create a small html
file)
6) enter code <a href =
http://static.howstuffworks.com/flash/engine.swf > i like this flash
</a>
7) SAVE as ...
IlikethisFlash.htm or something
similar as ____.htm
8) OPEN in Explorer
9) RIGHT CLICK ==> i
like this flash
10) SAVE TARGET AS ....... give
it a name and now you have the Flash file on your computer
11) OPEN the flash file and it should run
you can now insert the flash file in
your webpage or in a multimedia project |
Final Note ......
This
will only work where you can find a flash file that has the full URL
ie
http://static.howstuffworks.com/flash/engine.swf as opposed to
just
/flash/engine.swf
