Create an articulating joint in Flash

An articulating joint can be used to create a real looking body or device that is walking punching talking or otherwise operating in some natural and complex manner.
                       The technique adds realism to your animation.
        you must follow the precise sequence listed below or the tween might not work as intended
bullet set up at least 2 layers
bullet label layers such as upper arm and lower arm
bullet draw/place first element (if tweening this element follow below)
bullet draw/place second element
bullet > insert > tween> apply transform > move registration point to joint of articulation > set end keyframe > rotate element to final position>preview tween
