This end of semester project option will give you an opportunity to create  a photo/graphic collage that tells the viewer something positive about our wonderful high school life, your friends, and the wild life that inhabit its domain.

It will be a tasteful composition that could show your "shrink" what is in your "brain" .

- a shout out to your friends - your favourite hobbies etc. - environmental/war/future/past concerns - your favorite consumer fetishes - an overview of a fun field trip - an event/sport/class/club at the school

Cameras

A regular class digital cam is needed or maybe you have a collection of pictures that you have taken already!
 

Starting Out

- learn a little before starting
- make a plan  it will save allot of time
- consider continuity between scenes and shooting dates

Editing images
You will probably want to remove he backgrounds from most images and save your images as transparent GIFs

So get started with an idea and let your teacher help you get started with gear/advice/software technique and such.

Feel free to use your own camera.

Process
1) take your picture in profile against chroma BG
> lighten image (to make the chroma colour more constant)

2) Delete away chroma background
> make the new BG black

3) Remove your silhouette
> create a new layer behind (below) your silhouette

4) Assemble your prepared images
> compose your collage of images on the new layer and shuffle and size until happy
> think of an imaginative text caption
